Tank411 compiles Florida public records into county lists of homes on septic systems — including the owner’s name and mailing address — and sells those lists to septic service businesses. Privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We honor that right for anyone, in any state, and opting out is free.
Two ways to opt out
- Use the removal form. Submit our dispute & removal form with your parcel ID or property address and choose “Remove my information.”
- Email us. Send your parcel ID or property address to privacy@tank411.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”
What opting out does
Your property goes on our suppression list, permanently, and is excluded from every list we compile or deliver afterward. We keep the minimal record needed (the parcel or address reference) precisely so the exclusion holds through every future data refresh. We cannot recall copies of lists that were delivered before your request, but no future buyer will receive your record from us. We never charge a fee to remove a listing, and we will not discriminate against you for opting out.
Website visitors
We do not sell or share information collected about visitors to this website, and we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal where it applies. Because the records we sell come from public records — not from your browser — a browser signal cannot identify your property; use the form or email channel above to opt a property out.
