Tank411 sells one-time, per-county lead lists for a flat price shown on the buy page (currently $79 per county). There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
One-time purchases
A county list is compiled and delivered digitally, by email, within minutes of purchase. Because the full value of the product is delivered at that moment and a CSV cannot be returned, one-time purchases are non-refundable once delivered — we say this on the buy page before you pay.
Defective deliveries are always made right
If what we delivered is defective — the file never arrived, is corrupted or unreadable, or is not the county you purchased — email support@tank411.com within 14 days of purchase and we will redeliver or refund it, promptly and without hassle. Billing mistakes on our side (double charges, wrong amounts) are always refunded in full.
What a refund does not cover
The lists are compiled from Florida public records and described plainly before purchase, including their known limits. A purchase is not refundable because a campaign underperformed or because individual public records turned out to be stale — the state’s records, not ours, are the source of truth, and we publish exactly what they contain, dated.
